PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech recognition device which decreases user's operations and is easy to use.;SOLUTION: A matching processing section 21 judges whether a speech signal received through a microphone 26 matches a speech signal stored in a database 23. When they do not mach each other, an input instruction section 22 prompts a user to input transcription of the spoken word and the input word is read aloud through a speech synthesizing function section 24 and a speaker 27.
