PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for eliminating the need of a means for detecting a temperature, and preventing a resistor from an overheat using a simple process procedure.;SOLUTION: The control method of the resistor for consuming power initializes the quantity of integral power Ps to the quantity of the maximum allowable power Pm. If the quantity of integral power Ps is the quantity of heat generation power Ph or more, the resistor is controlled so as to carry a current for a predetermined current carrying unit time, and the predetermined quantity of heat generation power Ph is subtracted from the quantity of integral power Ps. A power consuming resistor 22 is controlled so as not to carry the current for a predetermined non-conductive time unit Δt2, and the predetermined quantity of heat dissipation power Pc is added to the quantity of integral power Ps.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
