PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently operate an engine by using a fuel containing an alcoholic fuel such as ethanol.;SOLUTION: An operating state control part 101a controls the supplied amount of air supplied to an engine 200 so that an operating point can be set on a new operating line selected by a control map selection part 100f according to the octane number of the fuel.
