PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quantitatively determining mRNA and proteins localizing among cells or in the cell without losing their localization space information, and a chip device and system for the same.;SOLUTION: This chip is provided by catching the content of the cell on a substrate plate or an electrode in a shape of two dimensionally projecting the cell. For this purpose, an electrophoretic power is utilized, or the cell is fixed by evaporating the water content of the cell instantaneously.
