PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop a flow of fluid to the inside of piping even when there is differential pressure between environments separating inside the piping.;SOLUTION: Upon a person going into the piping of a plant to work, the piping is set to a state in which the flow of fluid to the inside of the piping can be stopped by blocking the inside of the piping by sealing the fluid inside a fluid sealing body 12 formed in a shape of a straw rice bag and expanding it. The supply of the fluid into the fluid sealing body 12 is performed from a fluid supply part 13 provided to an end face part 12A of the fluid sealing body 12. The fluid sealing body 12 is expanded so that a space between an inner wall of the piping and a barrel part 12B of the fluid sealing body 12 is blocked.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
