PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a wooden material such as a column hard to rot by positively insulating radiant heat, and hardly keeping moisture inside even if the temperature difference between the inside and outside of a building becomes notable by the insulation of radiant heat.;SOLUTION: This thermal insulating panel for the building comprises an inner plate 20 provided between a structural member 11 constructing the building, and an external wall material 12 of the building and provided on the structural member 11 side; an outer plate 21 having a surface parallel with the inner plate and provided on the external wall material 12 side; a plurality of membrane bodies 22 lined up between the inner plate 20 and outer plate 21, at predetermined spaces apart in parallel with the inner plate 20 and outer plate 21; still air layer forming members 25 formed of aggregates of a large number of cells including air and interposed between the inner plate 20 and the membrane body 22 adjacent to the inner plate 20, between the outer plate 21 and the membrane body 22 adjacent to the outer plate 21 and between the adjacent membrane bodies 22, to form still air layers; and a large number of protrusions 26 provided at the inner plate 20 and located between the inner plate 20 and the structural member 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
