PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy management system of dining stores capable of functionally analyzing dining stores as a collective entity of areas by functions so as to control devices installed in respective areas to operate in required minimum states, and capable of conducting energy-saving control, while keeping staff members and clients comfortable.;SOLUTION: The energy management system includes environment sensors, respectively installed in the plurality of areas in the food service store analyzed by functions for measuring environmental states of the respective areas, control devices for controlling facility devices, respectively installed in the plurality of areas for adjusting the environmental states of the respective areas; a store server 113 for generating control signals for controlling the facility devices in the respective areas based on the information of the environmental states of the respective areas obtained from the environmental sensors and transmitting them to the control devices and carrying out control specialized for respective area.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
