PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent durability deterioration and elution of constituent metals of a heat exchanger due to peeling or application unevenness or the like of a corrosion resistant coating. PSOLUTION: Copper fins 2 are arranged in a plurality of rows, and a copper pipe is fixed to the fins by expanding or brazing in a state piercing each fin 2. The corrosion resistant coating 3 is formed by applying a corrosion resistant paint on surfaces of the copper pipe and the fins. An end of the fin 20 is subjected to hem-bending to form a bent part 20. A bent back face 21 is curved at a radius of curvature of 0.15 millimeters or more.
