PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ubiquitous service system allowing occasional use of a device present on the periphery of a user to the moving user.;SOLUTION: A detection system node 10a detects device nodes 30A, 30B present within a range of a prescribed distance, receives reference information and type information from the detected device nodes 30A, 30B, and associates and records the received type information and reference information. A service node 60 generates operation requirement information including the type information, and transmits it to an operation system node 10a. The operation system node 10a receives the operation requirement information, reads the reference information corresponding to the type information included in the received operation requirement information, generates device operation information based on the received operation requirement information and the read reference information, and transmits it.
