PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means and a method for enabling a user who uses a portable terminal represented by a cellular phone to easily access a specific website, and to increase the access number of the user to the specific website.;SOLUTION: The access number of the user to the specific website is greatly increased by stimulating the "intellectual curiosity" and " sense of fun" based on the "element of surprise". Specifically, the means comprises an arrangement of a plurality of two-dimensional barcodes displayed on a printed matter medium or an electronic medium, and the two-dimensional barcodes include web address information which is the access destination.
