PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano-size azo pigment micro-particle having a sharp particle diameter distribution peak and a method for producing the micro-particle, to provide the azo-based pigment micro-particle exhibiting excellent characteristics such as high contrast when used in a color filter and affording a thin film of the color filter and a method for producing the micro-particle, to provide the color filter affording excellent color display by using the azo-based pigment micro-particle and a liquid crystal display using the same and to provide a coloring photosensitive resin composition and a photosensitive resin transfer material used therein.;SOLUTION: The method for producing the azo-based pigment micro-particle by which a pigment dispersing agent having an amino group is made to coexist when a pigment solution comprising an azo-based pigment dissolved in a good solvent is mixed with a solvent which is compatible with the good solvent and provides a poor solvent for the azo-based pigment to produce the azo pigment as the nano-size micro-particle.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
