PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid member with draining function, which does not separated into two upper and lower layers, at an unexpected part of the outer periphery edge, and which maintains an excellent contents preservability, and a receptacle with the draining function.;SOLUTION: The lid member is provided with a hot-water pouring opening and a draining opening, the draining opening is provided with a peel-off coating layer for separating the lid member into an upper lid portion and a lower lid portion, the lower lid portion within a region having the peel-off coating layer is provided with a draining outlet and a peel-off starting half-cut which is formed so as to be positioned on a flange section of the receptacle body sealed with the lid member, both the peel-off coating layer and the peel-off starting half-cut is formed at a region/position which does not reach the peripheral edge of the lid member, and the draining holes are formed by removing parts divided by cuts formed by penetrating through the lower lid portion following the peeling-off of the upper lid portion, thus the receptacle with a draining function includes the lid member with a draining function.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
