PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic sheet having creases for a plastic case having a handle being equipped with assembling property by which a square cylinder can stably be assembled without requiring bonding, and by which the case made of the plastic sheet can be assembled in such a manner that the plastic sheet is built up into a box shape, an object to be packaged is housed, and a lid is closed.;SOLUTION: This plastic sheet S1 having the handle is equipped with cylindrical wall sections 2a to 2e which are partitioned by the creases 1a to 1d. The plastic sheet S1 having the handle is equipped with lid pieces 3a and 3a, insertion pieces 4a, 4a, 4b and 4b which are respectively partitioned by the creases 1e to 1g on both sides of the cylindrical wall sections 2a, 2b and 2d. In addition, second insertion pieces 4c and 4c are provided on the end edges of the lid pieces 3a and 3a. Also, step sections 4c' and 4c' for slip-out prevention are provided on both side proximal sections of the second insertion piece 4c. A handle section passing slit 5a is provided on the cylindrical wall section 2a, and a handle section 5b is provided on the cylindrical wall section 2e.
