PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine output control device of a vehicle mounted with an automatic transmission, capable of restraining excessive vibration when controlling engine output when a stall is caused by effectively preventing heating of a working fluid by properly reducing the engine output when the stall of a torque converter is caused.;SOLUTION: This engine output control device of the vehicle mounted with the automatic transmission, repeatedly reduces and increases an engine speed when the stall is caused in the torque converter, and increases the engine speed while restraining its increase speed, to thereby prevent heating of the working fluid by the occurrence of the stall, and to allow a driver to recognize the occurrence of the stall by vibration generated by repeatedly reducing and increasing the engine speed.
