PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy supply system, an energy supply method and a method for remodeling the energy supply system capable of improving energy efficiency and energy supply efficiency. PSOLUTION: This system is provided with a combustor 12 forming combustion gas by burning fuel, a gas turbine 10 providing rotary power by the combustion gas, an exhaust heat recovery boiler 30 heating heat medium by exhaust gas of the gas turbine 10, a heat exchanger 54 heating the heat medium heated by the exhaust heat recovery boiler 30 further, a multiple stage compressor 53 compressing the heat medium heated by the heat exchanger 54, a steam turbine 51 driving compressors 53a, 53b by part of heat medium heated by the exhaust heat recovery boiler 30, a heat exchanger 45 heating fuel by heat medium circulating in piping 60 communicating with the compressor 52a, 53b, and a steam supply system 70 supplying heat using facilities 1 with steam driving the steam turbine 51 and steam compressed by the multiple stage compressor 53.
