PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement effective performance of customer space corresponding to a menu ordered by an individual customer.;SOLUTION: This performance system is provided with: a tag master 30 for storing a menu code of a menu to be dished up on each plate 2 for each inherent identification number of a tag attached to the plate 2 and a performance pattern code showing a performance pattern; a reading means 100a for reading the inherent identification number of the tag attached to the plate 2 to be set on a table 3; a performance pattern determining means 10a and a combination performance pattern determining means 10b for extracting from the tag master 30 the performance pattern code corresponding to the read inherent identification number; and a performance instruction outputting means 10c for outputting a performance instruction to a performance device 100b on the basis of the performance pattern code extracted by the performance pattern determining means 10a or the combination performance pattern determining means 10b.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
