PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the offset amount of a working machine by enabling a second boom to be greatly turned to the inside of a machine body. PSOLUTION: This minimal-swing-radius working vehicle has an offset working machine 101 which comprises a first boom 105 on the side of the machine body, a second boom 106, a third boom 107, an arm 103, and a working attachment 102. The second boom 106 is constituted in an approximately parallelogrammatic shape in a plan view; one diagonal line A is vertically arranged; pivots 125 and 126 are provided at both the ends of the diagonal line A, respectively; and the other diagonal line B is inclined to the horizontal central side of the machine body.
