PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making heart failure model animals by a simple and low-cost method. PSOLUTION: This method for producing Zebrafish (for example, Danio rerio) exhibiting a heart failure symptom comprises breeding fertilized Zebrafish eggs in the presence of a chemical substance, such as tacrolimus hydrate or astemizole. The method for identifying a candidate of heart failure remedy comprises using the obtained Zebrafish exhibiting the heart failure symptom.
