PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cascade impactor, capable of conducting simultaneously quantitative determinations for elementary analysis and ion species analysis, even if the amount of a collected particular substance is a trace amount, and to provide an analytical sample acquisition method that uses the same.;SOLUTION: This cascade impactor has an impactor 30, having a flow-in port 30b allowing flow-in of gas containing the particular substance in a lower side, a collection member 32 for collecting the particular substance by making the gas flowing in from the impactor 30 collide therewith, a base plate 34 for supporting the collection member 32, and having a flow-out port 34b allowing flow-out of the gas brought into collision with the collection member, and a collection unit 12.
