PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vocal cardiopulmonary resuscitation directive device which enables a general citizen having received the training for the cardiopulmonary resuscitation to easily and properly apply the cardiopulmonary resuscitation to a person who needs relief on the site by using it for the help when an emergency situation requiring the performance of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation occurs by carrying the device around the body on a routine basis.;SOLUTION: A dedicated hard card 2 of a name-card size which can be carried while being housed in a name-card case or a commuter pass as a personal article around the body is prepared. Then, in the hard card, a vocal directive means is built in to constitute this vocal cardiopulmonary resuscitation directive device 1. By carrying the directive device 1 around the body in everyday life, the directive device 1 can be taken out and used any time when seeing a person who needs relief on a disaster site or the like. The vocal directive means is operated by pressing a switch button 4 of the device 1, and the procedures of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation are guided in voice, and the cardiopulmonary resuscitation is applied to the person who needs relief with the help of the guide in voice.
