PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure accurately a particle size distribution of particles to be deteriorated by the air.;SOLUTION: A cell cap 3 provided with a sample liquid supply port 3a for supplying the sample liquid to a batch cell body 2 is fixed integrally or mounted detachably, and a cell cover 4 provided with an inert gas introduction hole 4c, an inert gas exhaust hole 4d and a long hole 4b for passing a stirring rod 5 is allowed to slide and fit onto the upper surface.
