Method and the device which detect the tubular condition of the one lung of the human acoustic are offered. According to one execution example, method of this invention includes the step which calculates the self recursive moving average (ARMA) with self regression function of the electric information which is received from the acoustic sensor which is arranged in the various places of the human body. According to one execution example, maximum of 9% it identifies, is false positive, maximum of 2% is the false negative.
