PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the waste of mail box resources by automatically erasing any unnecessary mail with simple configurations.;SOLUTION: This mail delivery system is configured to determine the conditions of the automatic erasure of reception mails at a reception side and the conditions of application mails of automatic erasure, which are designated at a transmission side, and to apply a flag showing the determined conditions of the automatic erasure of reception mails and the determined conditions of the application mails of automatic erasure to a transmission mail, and to automatically erase the reception mails according to the content of the flag.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
