PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of efficiently extracting a suitable test case under the consideration of the past test result. PSOLUTION: A prepared test case and each test result of each test case are stored in a test case table 32. An operator sets the thinning rate of the test case by a test case extraction dialogue 400, and sets the priority order of logics to be applied to the extraction of the test case by a thinning parameter setting dialogue 500. When the extraction processing of the test case is executed, the priority order for extraction is set in each test case based on each test result of each test case according to the set priority order of the logics.
