PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain continuous customer gathering by returning a part of a use price to a user in consideration of a use status of an application program which the user has purchased.;SOLUTION: Profit is returned according to the use status through monitoring by a server 2, the date and hour when the application program is downloaded to a portable communication terminal 4 and the date and time when the application program is inactivated by the portable communication terminal 4; also by monitoring the use status of the portable communication terminal 4 all the while by an application program monitoring means at the side of the portable communication terminal 4; by transmitting a monitoring result to the server 2 and registering it to a data control file 16 for server when inactivating the application program by the portable communication terminal 4, and analyzing the data.
