PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and related method for facilitating call connection with a service center selected from among mobile nodes. PSOLUTION: For a mobile node (12), the abbreviated dial code for use in a network registered by an SMS message transmitted, in accordance with, for example, a register procedure in the mobile node is provided.
