PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display panel which can be improved in display quality, without having substantial influence on alignment of a liquid crystal substance, when external pressure is provided. PSOLUTION: The liquid crystal display panel comprises an array substrate, including a plurality of data lines, a plurality of gate lines crossing the data lines, pixel electrodes formed of a plurality of pixel areas defined by the adjacent data lines and adjacent gate lines, a common electrode insulated from the pixel electrode, a plurality of 1st sensing lines formed parallel to the gate lines, and a plurality of 2nd sensing lines formed parallel to the data lines; and an opposite substrate, including a plurality of connecting members which are connected to the array substrate for holding the liquid crystal substance and are formed projectingly from the base board, and at least one of the connecting members is electrically connected to the 1st sensing lines and the 2nd sensing lines by external pressure.
