PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform disclosure control of a part of contents according to the term of validity. PSOLUTION: Public data related to a request is read from a public data storage part for storing public data including data requiring disclosure control, disclosure control condition data related to the term of validity of the data requiring disclosure control, and data not requiring disclosure control, and whether conditions specified in the disclosure control condition data are met is determined. When the conditions specified in the disclosure control condition data are met, current public data is generated including the data requiring disclosure control that corresponds to the disclosure control condition data determined to meet the conditions, and the data not requiring disclosure control. If disclosure control is carried out to the data requiring disclosure control based on the disclosure control condition data related to the term of validity, control such as not to disclose information which has lost validity of an inquiry telephone number or the like on an event can be performed after the end or the like of the event, for instance.
