PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a qualification authentication management system unitarily managing an acquired qualification, license, certificate or the like by a database to always allow reference to various qualification acquisition histories if necessary, and capable of preventing falsification or misrepresentation of the qualification, a career or the like. PSOLUTION: This qualification authentication management system comprises: a host system 2 having a user information management database 5 and a qualification information management system database 6; a qualification information management system 3 having a qualification information management database 7 managing each qualification information; a qualification certification IC card issuing system 4; and a plurality of terminal devices 8, 9. The host system 2 acquires user information and qualification inquiry destination information or the like according to various kinds of requirement data from the qualification certification IC card issuing system 4, the personal terminal 9, or the cooperation system 8, and accesses the qualification information management system 3 possessed by each qualification authentication organization on the information to acquire the qualification information, and the qualification information is transmitted to the cooperation system 8 or the personal terminal 9 from the host system 2 and is displayed.
