PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of calling a method in a virtual machine environment and a system being equipped with a virtual machine implementing the method. PSOLUTION: The method includes steps of: (a) reading an instruction word of a first method; (b) storing an address of the instruction word code in predetermined memory space if the instruction is an instruction that calls a second method; (c) changing an address of previously-compiled code of the second method to a newly-complied code and writing the address in the stored address and (d) directly branching the previously-compiled address of the second method to the address of newly-compiled code of the second method and calling the second method if the first method is performed.
