PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge treatment apparatus capable of efficiently recovering a phosphorus component from organic wastewater, and an organic wastewater treatment apparatus.;SOLUTION: After raw wastewater A is subjected to anaerobic treatment and aerobic treatment, the primary sludge (x) separated in a first solid-liquid separation tank 3 is supplied to a heating unit 4. The primary sludge (x) is introduced into the heating piping 46 arranged to a heating tank 45 from a pretreatment storage tank 41 through a heat exchanger 44 in the heating unit 4. The introduced sludge (x) is heated to 60-90°C through the heating medium 45a in the heating tank 45 and the heated introduced sludge (x) is discharged after 10-120 min is elapsed from introduction. The primary sludge (x) is heated in the heating pipeline 45 while controlling the flow speed of the primary sludge (x) at the time of introduction of the primary sludge (x) into the heating pipeline 45 to eliminate an irregularity in heating time such that the heating time is too long or too short as compared with a case that the primary sludge (x) is directly introduced into the heating piping 45. Accordingly, polyphosphoric acid in the primary sludge (x) can be discharged in high concentration and the phosphorus component can be efficiently recovered.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
