PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet object pulling/holding mechanism and the like which can carry out positioning/fixing accurately, so that defects of bending and wrinkling etc. occuring in the center of the face etc. in the required processing may not arise even if it is a thin sheet object.;SOLUTION: The sheet object pulling/holding method includes at least an enclosure frame 72 which presents a rough rectangle, a zipper unit 11 for sheet object fixing/holding which is disposed in any side of the side periphery of the enclosure frame 72 and holds the fixing side peripheral edge of the sheet object, a zipper unit 41 for sheet object pulling/holding to hold separetely pullable at each pulling side peripheral edge of the sheet object by being disposed at the rest of each side of the periphery of the enclosure frame 72. The sheet object with which the fixing side peripheral edge is held through the zipper unit 11 for sheet object fixing/holding enables separate free pulling/holding of the each pulling side peripheral edge through the zipper unit 41 for pulling/holding.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
