PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deposit a liquid having viscosity on a plurality of points at different heights in a work by passing the work once.;SOLUTION: The height-variable multi-stage nozzle type liquid jet tub is for forming a plurality of arising jet currents having different heights by jetting a liquid (e.g. fused solder) with a viscosity and comprises a tub 21 containing the liquid having viscosity; nozzle members 11 disposed uprightly in the tub 21 and each having a jetting hole 11b for jetting the liquid having viscosity in the upper end part and a liquid storage part 11a for forming a layer of the liquid having viscosity on the top face of the jetting hole; and a pump 1a for supplying the liquid having viscosity to the nozzle members 11. A plurality of the nozzle members 11 are arranged in a manner that the jetting holes 11b formed in the nozzle members 11 are arranged at different heights from liquid surface of the liquid having viscosity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
