PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a program or data from being used similarly to an original CD-ROM, when data recorded in the CD-ROM are subjected to full copying in a CD-ROM or a CD-RW.;SOLUTION: In the CD-ROM provided with a read-in area 101, a program recording area 102 and a read-out area 103, encoded data are recorded in the program recording area 102 and a prescribed code to be used in the case of decoding the encoded data is recorded in a space area 200 existing between the read-in area 101 and the program recording area 102. At reading out the encoded data, the prescribed code is read out from the space area 200 and decoding processing is performed by using the read prescribed code.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
