PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for utilizing road cleaning sand gathered by a road cleaning car for a structure of a slope face seeding and planting spraying work and mortar spraying work.;SOLUTION: The cleaning sand 6 staying on a road surface A is housed in a refuse accumulating part 4 by sucking the sand by a suction mechanism 3 while sweeping up by a rotary brush 2 of the road cleaning car 1. Afterwards, the cleaning sand is put in a sieve body 5, and an impurity such as the refuse is removed, and only the cleaning sand 6 is taken out, and the road cleaning sand is inputted to a dryer 8 independently or together with the other mixture, and is finished to the moisture content of about 40 %, and is turned into dry cleaning sand 9.
