PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double power source bidirectional level shifter capable of converting a voltage level over a wide range.;SOLUTION: A double power source bidirectional level shifter includes: a first analog switch SW1 with which a first power supply voltage VCCA and a second power supply voltage VCCB are supplied through diodes D1 and D2 to a power supply terminal in parallel, respectively and a signal at a level of VCCB is output from an output terminal by connecting an input terminal to the output terminal when the VCCB is input to the input terminal and a signal at a level of VCCA is supplied to a control terminal; and a second analog switch SW2 with which VCCA and VCCB are supplied through diodes D3 and D4 to a power supply terminal in parallel, respectively and a signal at the level of VCCA is output from an output terminal by connecting an input terminal to the output terminal when the VCCA is input to the input terminal and a signal at the level of VCCB is supplied to a control terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
