PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peritoneal deterioration inhibitor and a peritoneal dialysis fluid capable of preventing peritoneal deterioration which occurs by continuing peritoneal dialysis for a long period. PSOLUTION: The peritoneal deterioration inhibitor comprises an endothelin receptor antagonist.
