PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment device system for submucosal dissection which enables an operator to touch a lesion with a treatment device for submucosal dissection or insert the treatment device in the lesion at a prescribed angle in a simple method regardless of skills of the operator. PSOLUTION: The treatment device system 1 for submucosal dissection is equipped with an endoscope 5 with an insertion portion 3 which is inserted in a hollow organ, that is not drawn, and has a channel 2 disposed in the inside, a flexible dissection balloon (a treatment device for submucosal dissection) 6 having the distal end side inserted in a submucosal layer of the hollow organ for resecting the lesion of the hollow organ while being supported by the insertion portion 3, an insertion auxiliary device 8 which is attached to the distal end of the insertion portion 3 and has a pliable part 7 deformed by the repulsion from the hollow organ for altering an insertion angle of the distal end side of the dissection balloon 6 when being pressed against the wall surface of the hollow organ by the insertion portion 3, and a submucous local injection needle described later for infusing a normal saline solution or the like in the submucosal layer.
