PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a request management system which reserves a Karaoke machine for playing by generalizing requests made by using a user's remote controller. PSOLUTION: The user's remote controller sends a desired song signal including the identifier of a selected musical piece and a machine identifier to the Karaoke machine, which sends a repeated transfer signal including the musical piece identifier and machine identifier of the desired song signal to a manager's remote controller. The manager's remote controller registers the musical piece identifier and machine identifier of the repeated transfer signal received from the Karaoke machine in a desired song list while making them to correspond to each other, displays the desired song and the user's remote controller having sent it in list form etc. while making them to correspond to each other and transmits a reserved song signal of a musical piece that a manager specifies and inputs among displayed desired songs to the Karaoke machine. The Karaoke machine registers the reserved song signal received from the manager's remote controller in a queue of playing reservations to play them in sequence. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
