RECEIVING/SENDING POSTAL SYSTEM AND EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables an elderly or a handicapped to receive and send a postal matter safely and reliably at home and to give emergency information reliably and safely to an emergency agency such as a fire station, a police station or a specific individual such as a family.;SOLUTION: A receiving/sending mail box is installed outside of a room of a dweller, and a controller communicable with it using a radio communication means is installed inside of the room. Then, a communication terminal for receiving an e-mail originated from the controller is installed at a post office. The content of the e-mail is combination of personal information required for collecting a postal matter and an optional routine message. The controller is provided with a push button switch corresponding to emergency addresses such as the fire station, the police station to send and report the e-mail composed of the personal information and the optional routine message to each emergency address by pushing the push button switch.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
