MICROSATELLITE FOR DISCRIMINATING TYPE OF GENETIC POLYMORPHISM BETWEEN CBA STRAIN AND C57BL/6 STRAIN OF MOUSE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microsatellite marker which is necessary for application of a "speed congenic procedure" comprising a procedure for rapidly promoting backcrossing applied to a crossbred mouse between the CBA strain and the C57BL/6 strain and in which polymorphism is different from each other between the CBA strain and the C57BL/6 strain is newly provided. PSOLUTION: At least one pair of primers is, or more pairs thereof are, used for discriminating a type of the genetic polymorphism between the CBA strain of mouse and the C57BL/6 strain thereof, wherein the pair of the primers is selected from a group of primers (a group of primer pairs) consisting of 28 pairs of primers expressed by specified sequences. Further, a method for discriminating the type of the genetic polymorphism between the CBA strain of the mouse and the C57BL/6 strain thereof is provided. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
