METHOD FOR DETERMINING PARAMETER OF MODEL FOR ESTIMATING SHEET TEMPERATURE IN INLET SIDE, AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining a parameter of a model for adequately estimating a sheet temperature in an inlet side of an induction heating device, and to provide an apparatus therefor. PSOLUTION: This determination method comprises the steps of: calculating an estimated actual heat quantity on the basis of a steel temperature in the inlet side of the induction heating device, which is estimated by the model for estimating the sheet temperature in the inlet side, and an actual temperature of the steel sheet in the outlet side; calculating a ratio of the estimated actual heat quantity to an actually charged power into the induction heating device; and determining the parameter of the model for estimating the sheet temperature in the inlet side so that a fluctuation of the ratio among the steel sheets can be in a predetermined range.
