PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically reset an inverter circuit even from the spit of a long discharge time. ;SOLUTION: An inverter circuit 1 is temporarily stopped for about 10 μs and then automatically reset by a voltage detection circuit 3, a differential circuit 4, a comparison circuit 5, and a one-shot pulse generator 6 to a spit with about 1 μs discharge time, the inverter circuit 1 is temporarily stopped for about one to several μs and then automatically reset by a current detection circuit 7, a comparison circuit 8, a timer circuit 9, and a one-shot pulse generator 10 to a spit with about 1-3 ms discharge time, and the inverter circuit 1 is error-stopped by a counter circuit 11 to an abnormal short-circuit except the spit. Consequently, automatic reset can be done even from the spit of a long discharge time. In the case of helical scanning, even if a spit of a long discharge time occurs, the defect of the data is suppressed to the minimum level and the efficient deterioration can be suppressed to the minimum.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
