PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out local kinetics tracing at an optional point through the whole internal area of internal organs which is impossible with a metal marker.;SOLUTION: With a plurality of CT images of the internal organs (10) varied or deformed minutely as input data, the blood vessels and the tracheae 12 distributed in the internal organs are extracted and thinned, and the coordinates of branch points 16 and connection points using a thinned image 14.
