PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fibrous structure consisting of a polyester fiber excellent in antibacterial/flame retarding properties and their durability, and a method for producing the same. PSOLUTION: This antibacterial/flame retardant polyester-based fibrous structure is provided by fixing a non-halogen-based flame retardant compound and a specific metal pyrithion-based compound on the fibrous structure constituted by including the polyester-based fiber and/or dispersing it in the fibrous structure and without a binder resin on the fiber.
