PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: a conventional laying member cannot be easily and correctly bonded to a tile, is high in cost, and has drawbacks in workability.;SOLUTION: A deck tile 1 is produced in the following manner. Each of the laying members 3, 3a, etc. is formed by arranging thin-plate vertical wall portions 6, 6a, etc. at mutually adjacent two side edges of a plate-like substrate portion 5, and forming a horizontal connection recess 7 in the side edge and a horizontal connection projection 8 from the side edge adjacent to the former, as shown in Fig.2. Then the laying members 3, 3a, etc. thus formed are rigidly bonded to four corners on a lower surface of the tile 2, and the vertical wall portions 6, 6a, etc. of the laying members 3, 3a, etc. are abutted on side surfaces of the tile 2, to thereby produce the deck tile 1. In this manner by bonding the laying members 3, 3a, etc. which are low in cost, simple in shape, and small in size, to the tile by positioning the same via the vertical wall portions 6, 6a, etc.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
