PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile driving assist pedal for disabled person, always enabling normal accelerator operation regardless of treading amount even if a tread surface of an accelerator pedal is short in a vertical direction, and capable of operating the accelerator pedal with smooth and stable tread force.;SOLUTION: The automobile driving assist pedal for disabled person comprises a torque transmitting shaft 3 rotatably supported on a floor surface Y of a driver's seat of an automobile, an assisting operation pedal 4 fixed to the torque transmitting shaft 3 at a base end portion so as to be disposed on the left side of a brake pedal B, an accelerator pedal pressing lever 5 fixed to the torque transmitting shaft 3 at a base end portion so as to be disposed near the tread surface Af of the accelerator pedal A at a tip end portion, and a roller 24 rotatably supported at the tip end portion of the accelerator pedal pressing lever 5 so as to roll and press on the tread surface Af of the accelerator pedal.
