PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an aluminum alloy rolled sheet improved in bending workability without damaging its strength even by high temperature baking finish with saved energy at a low cost.;SOLUTION: An Al alloy ingot comprising 0.8 to 1.5% Mn and 0.10 to 0.7% Fe, and further, comprising one or more kinds of metals selected from Si, Cu, Mg, Zn, Cr, Zr and V, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities is subjected to soaking treatment in the temperature range of 580 to 640°C, and hot rolling is started in the temperature range of 475 to 525°C, and is finished in the temperature range of 240 to 290°C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
