EXTRUSION MOLDING APPARATUS FOR WASTE RESIN MIXED WITH VARIOUS PLASTICS

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the recycling of waste plastics discharged in large amounts from general households or as industrial wastes by reusing the multitudinously mixed resin, which is mingled with a variety of waste plastics, and molding into useful plastic products by extrusion molding. PSOLUTION: The extrusion molding apparatus for the multitudinously mixed waste resin fabricates the desired molded products 40 by sending the waste resin, in which a variety of waste plastics intermingle, from the first extruder 1 to the second extruder 2 and extruding from the die 5 equipped downstream of the second extruder. The first extruder heats the multitudinously mixed waste resin to 170-190C and at the same time, with the two screw shafts 11a, 11b horizontally equipped in the cylinder 10, crumples and crushes the waste resin to completely melt it and send to the second extruder. The second extruder sends forth the molten resin with one or two screw shafts 31a, 31b equipped in the cylinder 30 to make the temperature gradually drop and extrudes the molten resin from the die at 128-160C.
