PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip capable of surely attaching or detaching only by a single hand without using both hands for all small articles such as from a memorandum to a magazine, scissors, key, comb, CD, dust cloth and the like.;SOLUTION: At least one piece of an elastic body cell spring (2) or a cushioning material (6) of sponge or the like and a hold-down sheet base material (3) are incorporated inside a little shorter U-shaped clip main body (1) of which the front side piece part is a little shorter than the rear side piece part. The hold-down sheet base material (3) is equipped with a structure wherein the hold-down sheet base material (3) compression holds the memorandum, the magazine or the like by a repulsive force of the elastic body.
